Once signed up for a Reseller account how long does it take to activate?

It will take around 4 to 6 hours to activate the account.

What is the limit on the number of clients or emails I can handle as a Reseller?

The number of user accounts/ email credits is based on the plan you select. Please request pricing.

How much profit can I earn from your reseller email marketing solution?

That is entirely up to you. You have the freedom to resell according to your own pricing model.

Will my customers be able to see this service as my own and not of Mail Marketer?

Yes. You will be able to offer Mail Marketer to your clients under your own brand.

Can I choose the domain on which my private label account to be hosted?

Yes, provided the domain name is available for registration.

Who provides support to my customers?

You will be handling your customers as they will NOT be in direct link with us in anyway. You will be billing your customers. From your reseller panel you can setup and manage your client accounts. We will be supporting you technically.

Is my account reputation monitored?

Yes, your dedicated email platform reputation is proactively monitored by our system. Multiple dedicated IPs are alloted as per your plan.

Do you offer free trial for your reseller service?

It is technically not feasible to offer a trial reseller plan.
