Don't use Mail Marketer to send offensive emails, to promote anything illegal, or to harrass anyone.

• No campaigns selling illegal substances
• No campaigns that violate the FTC's CAN-SPAM Law

  Also, there are some industries that send certain types of content that result in higher than normal bounce rates and abuse complaints, which in turn hampers the deliverability of our entire system. No offense meant, but because we must ensure the highest delivery rates possible for all our customers, we do not allow businesses that offer these types of services, products, or content

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Escort and dating services
  • Pharmaceutical products
  • Get-rich-quick or work-at-home schemes
  • Online trading, day trading tips, or stock market related content
  • Gambling services or products
  • Multi-level marketing
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Credit repair, get-out-of-debt content
  • Mortgages

Generally speaking, if you're in an industry that is frequently associated with spam, you know who you are (it's probably why you're reading this far, right?). We make no judgments about your line of business, but we cannot afford to risk our deliverability. In fact, most ESPs like Mail Marketer will not be able to assist you. You will most likely need to look into setting up your own mail servers.

You need to meet these eligibility requirements, to use the our service:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Mail Marketer, and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
2. You must complete the registration process and agree to our terms of use in order to use Mail Marketer. All contact information you submit must be true, complete, and up to date.
3. Mail Marketer reserves the right to refuse service or to terminate accounts for any user, and to change eligibility requirements at any time, in its sole discretion

Subscription Fees.

Client shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes Mail Marketer (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s account subscription and billing page. Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. You agree to pay for all emails you send from your account, even if messages are blocked by any third party (we have no control over your recipients' email servers, ISP availability, personal spam filter settings, etc)

Cancellation Policy.

Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their plan subscription. Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their Mail Marketer client area, and clicking "Cancel subscription" options under My service. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You must email support before or on the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help. If you do not log in to your account at least once in the last 12 months, your account (all data including campaigns, lists) may be deleted permanently from our system. This policy is more about keeping our database clean and efficient than making you buy email credits.

Refund.

We provide 30 days free trial to evaluate our service before you buy. Refund will not be provided after you subscribed the service. We do not provide refunds for unused email credits (even if we had to shut down your account for violating these terms). If a user violates any of the terms outlined here, we reserve the right to terminate accounts, or bar access, without refund. All monthly subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.

1. We highly recommend you to send smaller and regular campaigns instead of one large campaign.The volume of email sent at a time should not exceed 100,000. Breakup your contact list maximum upto 100,000 each and send campaigns one at a time and give time interval between campaigns. This will improve delivery of your emails with large ISP such as Yahoo, Gmail.
2. Maximum daily limit of 200,000 emails per account.
3. Bounce rate should be less than 10% of your campaign size.
4. The email content should not be of spam nature.
